How long does shipping take?
Standard arrives in 3-5 business days, Express in 1-2. Same-day delivery covers the Phoenix metro on orders confirmed before noon.
Can I return a body shaper?
Unworn shapers with tags attached can be returned. Sign in and send a return request from Orders, or open a ticket below.
Can I return face masks?
Sealed, unopened mask packs can be returned. Opened masks cannot be resold, so we can't take them back.
When do I get my refund?
Once we receive and check the item, we mark your request approved and send the refund amount shown in your request.
How do I pick a shaper size?
Measure your waist and hips. If you fall between two sizes, choose the larger one for all-day comfort.
